Global Public Safety is Projected to be a $1 Trillion Market by 2029 14

Almost every day we’re bombarded with headlines like:

“10 killed, 3 wounded in mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket”

“19 children, 2 teachers killed in Texas elementary school shooting”

“How a Fourth of July parade turned into a massacre”

In fact, last year the number of mass shootings in the United States hit a record 691 – more than double the amount four years ago… and almost two per day!15

Murder rates also recorded the highest increase in modern history16. ABC News reported that twelve major cities recently hit all-time homicide records. One police official even said, “It’s worse than a war zone around here lately.”

But it’s not just shootings and murders making us feel unsafe…

Burglaries, home theft, and mass robberies are also sending shockwaves through society.

Remember the crime wave that plagued California? Where a retail theft ring stole more than $1 million in jewelry from JCPenney’s and Sam’s Clubs.

Or when some 80 suspects ransacked a Nordstrom department store in San Francisco? Followed by another 18 person gang-robbing in Los Angeles?

Imagine being a customer peacefully shopping only to see a wave of criminals bearing down on you. Or worse, coming home to find your house broken into…

The FBI reports a home break in happens every 28 seconds in the US.17

A further 210 million packages were reported missing from porches across the country in 2021. These “porch pirates” indiscriminately target neighborhoods of all types.  In fact, a whopping 64.1% of Americans say they’ve been victims of package theft during the past year according to Safewise – up 36% from the year before.18

The Embarrassing Reality Is This:

We are the wealthiest and most powerful nation in the world – yet tens of millions of Americans live in fear every day.

People feel their schools, grocery stores, retail outlets… even their homes, are no longer safe. It’s a crisis that needs solving immediately.

The government knows this. And it’s desperately throwing billions of dollars at trying to fix the problem…

  1. Earlier this year, President Biden announced $10 billion in American Rescue Plan Funds were being committed to public safety and violence prevention. This includes over $6.5 billion in state and local funding. Biden also implored local leaders to invest in public safety, and allocate as many dollars as possible.19
  2. More recently, after the horrific events in Uvalde, Texas where a gunman opened fire at Robb Elementary School killing 19 third and fourth grade students and 2 teachers, rare bipartisan legislation was passed focusing on public school safety. The legislation provides $1 billion in funding to quote, “create safe and healthy learning environments for students.
  3. An additional $300 million was also dedicated to training and equipment to assist in school safety. President Biden called the signing of the legislation a “monumental day”, and that it was proof that both sides of the aisle could find common ground on important issues.20

“President Biden believes that Americans deserve to feel safe no matter where they live,” the administration said. “He is committed to using every tool at his disposal to fight violent crime.” 21

But despite the government’s best efforts, money won’t solve this problem on its own.

The solution needs the expertise of proven individuals who have worked in the space before and know how to deploy effective solutions. Proven individuals like Radar USA’s CEO, a…

Former FBI Deputy Chief with an Impeccable Track Record of Keeping our Nation Safe

Radar USA is run by one of the world’s foremost security experts, Jeffrey Muller.

Muller is a former FBI Deputy Chief and an INTERPOL Director and brings over 30 years of safety and security experience to RadarUSA.

He has worked in military leadership roles in the U.S. Navy.  He’s been tasked by the White House with keeping our nation safe post-9/11. And he’s helped craft many of the counterterrorism and protection policies used by the world’s top agencies today.

For example…

  • Muller co-founded and managed the FBI’s “Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate”. This division of the National Security Branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation addresses and investigates emerging threats the United States faces from the use of WMD. It includes preparing for and preventing disasters involving explosives or the release of nuclear, biological, chemical, or radioactive materials.
  • He founded and developed INTERPOL’s “Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Directorate” – an international counter-terrorism program designed to prevent and defend against terror activities of the most devastating nature.
  • He conducted threat vulnerability assessments and developed countermeasures and prevention programs for all 18 sectors of the United States critical infrastructure industry.
  • And he chaired 34 United Nations agencies on Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), and directed experts from 190 INTERPOL member countries to accomplish all activities related to CBRNE and CIP.

Most recently, Muller has been serving as CEO of Muller Group International (MGI), a global security company that specializes in providing enhanced security through integrated technology.  MGI’s responsibilities include assessing a client’s vulnerabilities, customizing a solution, and incorporating a blend of products and services to prevent threats.

Microsoft, Google, Amazon – and many other Fortune 100 companies – along with government agencies, have entrusted him with their safety.

And after decades of analyzing and assessing security threats, he believes he’s finally found a solution that can help with the public safety crisis and reduce crime…

Radar USA’s Solution: Cutting-Edge Technology They Believe Could Be the Future of Safety and Security

Radar USA is pioneering a collaborative security platform that connects citizens, police, and public institutions in a virtual community powered by artificial intelligence.

It consists of AI technology that transforms “dumb” security cameras into intelligent, threat-identifying watchdogs which alert users to potential crime before it happens.

“A.I. CCTV is the future of security and surveillance in public spaces”22

Here’s how it works:

  1. Radar USA collects data from a user’s connected security cameras, thermal cameras, and other security platforms.
  2. It then layers on that data a suite of advanced AI and analytics functionality to actively analyze and assess footage in real-time. This includes abilities such as object recognition, license plate recognition, weapons detection.

Through machine learning, the system also recognizes certain behaviors and has the ability to detect various types of suspicious activity. From vehicles driving slowly to scout packages on doorsteps to potential weapons, the AI can recognize potential threats.

  3. When a potential threat is detected, the platform then connects users to law enforcement, using SOS alerts, geolocation and direct messaging to enable a rapid response with greater situational awareness informed by AI-analyzed on-scene data.

The system can also notify and warn others in the same enterprise of potential threats (i.e. teachers and students at a school, neighbors in a community, employees and individuals in office buildings, even residents of an entire city).

Radar USA enables a truly community-based approach to security.

Bringing together Jeffrey Muller’s decades of international security experience, licensed user interface technology with licensed AI and analytic Functionality, Radar USA believes it has the key to creating a safer future for Americans and Jeff Muller wants to see it deployed nationwide immediately. Here’s why…

Radar USA Solves the Three Main Problems with Today’s Security Solutions

“There are three big problems with today’s security solutions: One, cameras are reactive, not proactive – they don’t actually take action to prevent a crime from happening. Two, surveillance systems today are not easily accessible by authorities in emergency situations. And three, physical security guards are often too expensive for companies and institutions to deploy effectively. RadarUSA solves these problems, potentially providing far better protection at a cheaper cost.”

- Jeffrey Muller, CEO RadarUSA, former FBI Deputy Chief & INTERPOL Director

Problem #1 – Today’s Security Cameras Don’t Prevent Crime

The U.S. is one of the most surveilled societies in the world. 23 Between private and public security systems, there are over 80 million surveillance cameras in operation. 24

There are also millions of camera-enabled phones being carried around every day, any of which could start recording at a second’s notice.

Yet, despite all this… crime is still abundant and people don’t feel safe.

That’s because these cameras – ones that we are trusting to keep the public safe – are “dumb”.

They record video – but they lack the ability to do anything with that data. They don’t actively analyze what’s happening.  They don’t automatically take action to prevent threatening situations.

Instead, they require human interaction to make use of the data.

Sure, the data is helpful in providing evidence post-crime (i.e., to identify a suspect, read a license plate, or provide a historical timeline of events), but it means today’s cameras are reactive in nature – not proactive.

As a result, they are very limited in their ability to effectively prevent crime before it happens.

Radar USA’s platform is equipped with AI-power and advanced analytics layered on smart cameras and programmed to identify threats and take action to prevent crime.

Problem #2 – Current Systems Are Not Easy to Access During Emergency Situations

While there may be millions of security cameras in operation today, the vast majority are not connected to Wi-Fi or accessible by outside individuals.

They are private, closed circuit systems where someone is generally required to be physically monitoring footage to then manually send out alerts or provide information on what is happening.

At many locations however, footage is not monitored live.

Instead, the security system is tucked away in a closet or storage room and only viewed after something happens – like a crime or an injury.

This creates major problems during emergency situations (like a school or public shooting) because authorities can’t access the precious video feeds in real-time.

As a result, the ability of police to respond effectively is severely limited. Authorities are left in the dark as to what is happening outside their immediate field of view.

This is exactly what happened at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas…

In fact, according to the Texas House Committee’s extensive 77-page report on the shooting, the police’s inability to quickly subdue the shooter was due to misinformation between police officers, including:

  1. Not knowing where the shooter was…
  2. Where the gunman had been…
  3. And whether there were students in the classroom.

The security camera footage at Robb Elementary was very effective – after the mass shooting – at telling us where the shooter was, how he entered the building, which classrooms and areas he fired in, where his victims lay, what weapons he was using, and what body armor he had… But by then it was too late.

Radar USA uses Wi-Fi 6 connectivity enabling authorities to access live video feeds and get the real-time data they need to take action.

Problem #3 – “More Security Guards” is Not a Viable Answer

While studies have shown security guards can deter crime25, they quickly become cost prohibitive.

Entry-level security guards can start as low as $20 per hour.  But armed guards with specialized training and experience, can run upwards of $800 per day.

That works out to a whopping $208,000 a year.  Even at entry level prices, a company or institution is still set back over $50,000 per year.

And that’s per guard.

Larger buildings typically require multiple guards to effectively patrol an area – which then multiplies costs.

This quickly becomes prohibitive for many businesses, communities, and public institutions (like schools).  As a result, safety suffers because it’s too expensive to hire physical security guards.

Moreover, guards are still subject to emotions and physical limitations we all face as humans.

At the tragic school shooting in Parkland, the school security guard feared for his life and was actually caught hiding from the shooter instead of protecting students.26

Likewise, large security systems consist of hundreds of cameras.  Asking an individual to effectively monitor all of these video feeds at the same time is not an effective or efficient system.

And what about when the individual has to use the bathroom?  Or goes on a break?

The odds of missing something are incredibly high.  Potential threats then go unnoticed until it’s too late.

Radar USA can be deployed across thousands of cameras at once providing an effective, low-cost alternative that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And it’s proven to work…

Case Study: Technology Platform Battle-Tested in One of The World’s Most Dangerous Cities

Along with their strategic partners, Radar USA’s technology platform has been tested and installed in over 10,000 security cameras in Mexico.

Of those 10,000 cameras, over 3,700 were installed in the Benito Juarez district of Mexico City.

These 3,700 cameras were installed with the full suite of services from Radar USA’s security platform. A downloadable Radar App was also made available to the entire community of Benito Juarez, illustrating a true community-based approach.

The smart camera and security platform installation was a significant part of a comprehensive program established by the municipality’s Mayor and the Director of Citizens Security and Crime Prevention.  Their goal was to combat crime at the root

With access control, object detection, and other alerts, the geo-locational RADAR was able to identify security threats and simultaneously alert citizens, security, and emergency call centers.

The whole neighborhood was connected and monitored by both police and citizens.

Data and visuals were received and shared in real time.  Allowing for effective, appropriate responses to real threats.

From 2019, when the installation began, to 2022, Benito Juarez realized a direct impact on more than 200 incidences of crimes such as violent assault, robbery, and burglary.

That amounts to a 45% reduction in high-impact crimes.

The community’s perception of security also improved, jumping from 51% to 72%… a 21% increase.

Benito Juarez now has the highest perception of safety in all of Mexico City, and the second highest nationally.

Municipal leaders credit the program, along with the effectiveness of Radar USA’s security platform, with these achievements.

Radar USA’s 5 Major Advantages Over Current Systems:

  1. AI Technology Platform Helps Prevent Crime Before It Happens:

With Radar USA, video footage is analyzed in real time by artificial intelligence to identify threats and instantaneously provide alerts to local security personnel.

It can detect weapons, persons of interest in ongoing investigations, and even license plates of vehicles used in a crime.

It can then dispatch authorities to assess the situation and prevent crime from happening.  It can also warn citizens of terror events (like mass shootings) as they happen so they can seek safety.

  2. Enables Police Enforcement to Act Faster and More Decisively:

With Radar USA, police receive real-time smart camera feeds, so they are able to respond quickly and effectively to threats as they are occurring.

It will help them know where the threat is, what areas are clear, and what pathways are safe.

The bottom line is that it gives authorities the data they need to better assess dangerous situations and better protect civilians.

  3. Helps Medical Personnel Save Lives:

As important as it is to know where a shooter or criminal is, it’s just as crucial to know where he’s been.

Many victims in tragedies like mass shooting scenarios don’t die instantly from their wounds – rather they bleed out because medical personnel couldn’t reach them fast enough.

Radar USA’s advanced analytics capabilities can track and mark the path of perpetrators so police and medical personnel can trace their steps to find potential victims in need of care.

  4. Cheaper Than Traditional Security Options:

Hiring physical security quickly gets prohibitive. Armed guards with special training can cost upwards of $200k a year – not an option for budget-conscious entities like public schools.

Radar USA can be deployed at a fraction of that cost.

In fact, the typical 50-camera system powered by Radar USA’s platform which works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, costs significantly less than the cost of hiring an extra guard.

It can also be used in combination with existing security guards to supercharge their effectiveness. In fact, the AI-powered platform can be used to actively monitor video feeds, enabling guards to focus on physical interaction – a more effective use of their abilities.

  5. Radar USA Works With Existing Security Systems

The platform can integrate directly with existing security hardware and commercially available off-the-shelf cameras – opening the doors to a tremendous opportunity to tap the existing 85 million surveillance cameras already operating in the US… and potentially surveillance cameras across the rest of North America.

This unique ability to “bolt-on” to existing hardware adds tremendous value to Radar USA’s potential.

In fact, management believes it could enable the company to provide its collaborative security solution at a fraction of the cost of other providers, enabling it to provide effective, low-cost security for schools, hospitals, municipal governments, neighborhoods, and homeowners associations.

This gives it a major competitive advantage.

The Competition Can’t Compete…

Existing security camera providers fall way short compared to the advantages of Radar USA.

First, they require you to buy their hardware and use their cameras.

At a cost of up to $450 a piece, large-scale installations can cost in the tens of thousands… even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

With Radar USA there’s no need to go out and purchase expensive new equipment.  Users could save BIG money which will increase the likelihood of adoption and help market penetration.

Plus, most competing systems have very primitive functionality.

Sure, they can send an alert to your phone when there’s motion at your door.  But they lack the advanced suite of A.I. and analytical capabilities that help identify threats in real-time and prevent crime from happening in the first place.

They also lack the community-based, networked approach to security that has proven to make Radar USA a success.

And as for other companies which utilize robots to patrol public areas?  That’s more gimmicky than practical.  These robots are extremely cost-intensive to implement and suffer from similar patrol-focused limitations of physical security guards.

The Opportunity for Radar USA

It’s not very often you have the opportunity to get behind a technology with such an enormous potential to impact society – much less get the chance to invest in it at an early stage.

Radar USA offers a scalable solution for several high-demand markets, including:

Neighborhoods

Neighborhoods and homeowner associations can leverage Radar USA to increase safety in their communities and virtually connect residents. Residents will be able to instantly alert police officials of a suspicious vehicle, a break-in, or a package theft, all while sending an alert to other residents. With geolocation tracking, residents can be informed of the police response, in real time.

Schools

Every parent expects their children to be safe at school. Radar USA can help make that a reality. There are an estimated 130,930 schools in America27 and an estimated 91% of public schools use security cameras to monitor activity.28 However, school cameras are generally on a closed circuit system, not connected to Wi-Fi and lack any active analytical capabilities, making them ineffective tools to prevent crime. Radar USA can transform these “dumb” cameras into smart ones at a low cost, and help keep teachers and students safe.

Houses of Worship

There are an estimated 380,000 churches in the United States.29 Many of these establishments don’t have any security surveillance at all. And those that do, generally suffer from the same problems as schools.

Office Buildings, Airports, Stadiums & Amusement Parks

Radar USA’s AI-powered platform can greatly enhance the effectiveness of video surveillance in high traffic areas where dozens (or even hundreds) of cameras are required to be constantly monitored to maintain public safety.

Smart Cities & Public Spaces

Most large cities in the US have already deployed thousands of cameras to monitor everything from intersections to streets to public spaces. Chicago has over 32,000 cameras, Philadelphia has over 28,000, and Atlanta has an estimated 24,000.30 Radar USA can be easily deployed across these systems and help cities reduce crime like it did in Mexico City.

The market potential is enormous In the U.S. alone, there are 85 million surveillance cameras in operation – one for every 3.8 citizens. But the US market is just scratching the surface…

Radar USA has the opportunity to disrupt the entire North American marketplace.

Globally, the public safety and security market is valued at a whopping $434 billion today31. It’s projected to grow at an annual compound growth rate of over 10% for the next seven years… and could hit over $1 trillion by 2029.

Top 5 Reasons To Consider Investing in Radar USA

  1. Radar USA’s cutting-edge security platform addresses many weaknesses in existing security solutions, and could be the future of public safety in America.

IMPORTANT NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

This article is a paid advertisement. Think Ink Marketing and its owners, managers, employees, and assigns (collectively “the Publisher”) is often paid by profiled companies or third parties to organize marketing campaigns, which include the creation and dissemination of these types of communications. In this case, in an effort to enhance public awareness of The Company and its securities, The Company has provided the Publisher with a budget of approximately $150,000.00 USD to cover the costs associated with creating and distribution of this communication. The Publisher may retain any excess sums after expenses as its compensation. This compensation should be viewed as a major conflict with our ability to be unbiased.

This communication is not, and should not be construed to be, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Neither this communication nor the Publisher purport to provide a complete analysis of any company or its financial position. The Publisher is not, and does not purport to be, a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. This communication is not, and should not be construed as, personalized investment advice directed to or appropriate for any particular investor. Companies seeking capital through these offerings tend to be in earlier stages of development and have not yet been fully tested in the public marketplace. Investing in private or early-stage offerings requires a tolerance for high risk, low liquidity, and a long-term commitment. Investors must be able to afford to lose their entire investment. Additionally, the investment opportunity offered by such companies is for the purchase of restricted shares of stock that, among other things, are subject to holding period requirements. The securities are not FDIC insured, may lose value, and have no bank guarantee.

Forward-looking statements are not a guarantee of future performance and are based upon a number of estimates and assumptions by management or the writer taking into consideration management’s experience and perception of trends, current conditions and expected developments, as well as other factors that management or the writer believes to be relevant and reasonable in the circumstances, as of the date of this document. Such forward-looking information involves a variety of known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors which may cause the actual plans, intentions, activities, results, performance or achievements of the Company to be materially different from any future plans, intentions, activities, results, performance or achievements expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements.
