Savvy investors are hitting it out of the park, as EV makers and electronics manufacturers vie for share of limited domestic resources, sending lithium carbonate prices spiraling 246% in 4 months.
- While many analysts conservatively target a 4X jump in lithium demand by 2030, an official U.S. government report reveals why demand could actually multiply another 10X in the coming decade.
- The supply shortfall could jeopardize clean energy goals, placing a bullseye on exploration stage lithium companies with the potential to shore up North American supply lines.
- Just as domestic supply enters critical territory, ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF) comes to the table with four prime projects across the United States and Canada, with the goal of delivering high-grade lithium to a voracious market.
Consumers ordering Tesla vehicles nearly a year in advance… America’s battery supply chain teetering on collapse… Prices doubling, then doubling again…
That’s what everybody already knows about lithium.
But it’s what the crowd doesn’t know that is critical to the next stage of the investment trend.
Because this story has taken an unexpected twist that is about to create a whole new round of winners. And it all comes down to one thing that the pessimists haven’t figured out yet…
The US and Canada Are On The Cusp Of Reasserting Their Energy Independence As They Reopen Historic Lithium Resources

The hunt for North American lithium started in earnest five years ago when Albemarle ramped up production in Clayton Valley, Nevada’s lithium treasure chest1. Then Lithium Americas followed up with even an even larger prospect in Thacker Pass, Nevada.
And as a result, the pioneering companies saw massive jumps in valuation. In just 24 months, from March 2020 to March 2022…
Albemarle (NYSE: ALB) shares rose 285%…

And Lithium Americas (NYSE: LAC) shot up 1,196%.

There’s certainly more to stake out in the Clayton Valley corridor. That’s just one of the places ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF)
is making significant headway in advancing its exploration programs.
But there may be even more opportunity to the north in Manitoba, where historic lithium production sets the path for a vibrant mining industry in North America.
Investors who get wind of this next lithium hotspot early should pay special attention to the smaller exploration companies like ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF)
, because they could have the most explosive upside potential once word of Manitoba hits the mainstream news.
Manitoba Reclaims Its Legacy Lithium Status
Few people realize that Canada used to mine enough lithium to export it to other countries. Even fewer remember why Canada was a staple supplier of lithium for many decades.2 The answer may surprise you.
Remember these dishes?

Every household had them. The mineral that made them light and practically indestructible was lithium. And nearly all the lithium that was used in classic Corningware came from Manitoba.3
In fact, Canada’s lithium-rich deposits cover a substantial territory. The geological region known as the Superior Province begins in Quebec and rolls all the way into Southern Manitoba.
Within that stretch, the mineral that’s rich in lithium, spodumene, occurs in thrusts of rock called pegmatites. And those formations abound between 47°N and 52°N latitudes.4 That’s more than 400 miles top to bottom—and thousands of miles East to West.
But right now, it’s the historic Tanco mine in the Winnipeg-Cat Lake field that has great promise for ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF).
This abundant source of tantalum, cesium, and lithium, was discovered in the late 1920’s and operated heavily through the 1960’s and 70’s, only to be re-opened by Sinomine in 2019.

That’s where you will find ACME taking an early position alongside some of the most advanced resource companies and world class investors.
It’s there in the Bird River sub province, that ACME has staked out two large claims areas. Together they cover 11,383 acres— that’s 18 square miles of land.
The location couldn’t be better—with one project 1.5 miles and another 7 miles from the historically rich Tanco mine, one of the most productive lithium mines in all of North America. Right in the same geological formation, in the same greenstone belt.
Attracting The Smart Money
The scope and quality of ACME’s Manitoba prospects are already drawing the attention of investors, with the last three months showing a steady climb in both share price and volume.
And clearly, the smart money is taking a stake.

Acme just closed a US $3 million funding deal with Lithium Royalty Corp. (LRC). That deal means the company is now sitting on $C6.8 million in working capital.
The deal gave LRC a 2% overriding royalty claim on Acme’s Euclid-Cat Lake and Shatford Lake projects in southeast Manitoba. That’s a sure sign that LRC, which specializes in lithium investments, expects to cash in on Acme’s future.
Meanwhile, ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF)
properties in the US are even farther along.
U.S. Opens Path To Tap Clayton Valley’s Est. 300,000+ Tons Of Lithium
Mining is steeped into the history of Clayton Valley, Nevada. To date, this region has already proved to be a vital source of lithium, and signs suggest mining operations have only scratched the surface.
Named after Joshua E Clayton, a settler and mining engineer, the lithium rich brines pumped up from the ground here currently provide a third of America’s lithium requirements.
The metal is thought to originate from the Tertiary volcanics, which abound in the area. While the region has been producing lithium from rich brine pools since the 60s, it’s only recently garnering heavy attention. And for very good reason.
Albemarle’s Silver Peak Is The ONLY Commercially Producing Lithium Mine In North America

Currently this mine produces 3,500 metric tonnes of lithium per year, but has the capacity to produce 6,000.
In 2010, the U.S. Department of Energy awarded a $28.4 million grant to expand capacity at Silver Peak, resulting in a doubling of production.
Silver Peak’s output helped make Albemarle the world’s biggest lithium producer for EV batteries, its market cap soaring 358% in the past year to a whopping $27.34 billion.5
In the process, America’s only lithium mine made a lot of investors rich, shooting up more than 500% in just the past 12 months.
The US Department of Energy recently released a report “National Blueprint for Lithium Batteries 2021-2030” that made the future starkly clear:
“The worldwide lithium-battery market is expected to grow by a factor of 5 to 10 in the next decade.”![]()
And the federal government is moving at full speed to boost domestic mining capacity to meet that demand. They’re relaxing permitting requirements, issuing grants, and funding hundreds of millions of dollars in private sector lithium mining and processing.
The newly-passed infrastructure bill allocates $6 billion for companies that supply materials or manufacture lithium-ion batteries… companies like ACME, whose lithium’s project literally borders Albemarle.

Acme’s Clayton Valley property consists of 122 claims spread over 2,440 acres that sits smack against Albemarle’s massive Silver Peak mine.
That positions ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF)
at the epicenter of lithium exploration and production in the US, next to a source, which has been a productive supply of lithium for six decades.
Plus, ACME recently completed a two-phase geological survey targeting lithium brine, which entailed a gravity survey including a total of 120 gravity stations acquired over the claim area on a grid of 250 meters, as well as a Hybrid-Source Audio-Magnetotellurics (HSMAT) survey.
And now with a clear picture of which locations to prioritize for testing lithium concentrations within brines and an approved drill permit in hand, they are preparing for the program to commence in the near-term.
With It’s Upcoming Drill Program, All Eyes Are Going To Be On ACME Lithium

ACME went public in April 2021. Right out of the gate, the junior explorer and developer (E&D) made a bold move on a coveted 122-claim package abutting Albemarle’s prolific Silver Peak project.
But while Albemarle’s biggest growth potential is behind them, ACME’s is all ahead.
The company just announced it expects to commence drilling in Q2 of 2022, after receiving very exciting results from geophysical studies that identified multiple near-surface lithium targets.6
Fish Lake Valley, Nevada’s Lithium Windfall

Nearby you’ll find another area rich in potential – Fish Lake Valley. This 25-mile-long endothermic valley has long been viewed as a rich potential for lithium. Even back in the 70s analysis of the water in Fish Lake revealed high levels of the white metal.
Until recently it has been unexploited, simply due to lack of demand. But that is changing rapidly.
Just a few months back, ACME Lithium (CSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHFCSE: ACME, OTCQB: ACLHF)
commenced fieldwork at its claim group in Fish Lake Valley, which resulted in surface lithium values up to 410-ppm lithium.
Follow-up subsampling, as well as mapping, is intended to better understand the geological model and focus on traverses along a major drainage area where higher lithium values occurred.
Further analysis will assist with drill hole targeting and access routes for potential drill sites.7
For a relatively modest investment, ACME should soon be able to show its real opportunities based on projected assets with verified drilling results.
